Welcome to the 21 Things Blog!
As the 21 Things continue to change and shape my life for the better I want to outline "A Simple Plan" so that you can find the 21 Things to be easy, transitional changes in your life.
Before beginning any change in your life, no matter how small, a plan is necessary to make sure that our ideals match our goals and those goals become a way of life.
Here is a guideline:
A Simple Plan
This plan moves from A to B. “A” is where you are now in your life. “B” signifies a healthier, happier life. And the “to” is doing the 21 Things.
To break it down, the plan here is as follows:
1. Write down descriptions of various areas of your life as it is now (see the next page).
2. Read the 21 Things.
3. Go to the Appendix (21 Things for 21 Days) and check off the things as you do them for 21 days.
4. Write down descriptions of various areas of your life after the 21 days have passed.
